This picture, and the one of him on mlb.com heading into the dugout after the inside-the-parker I think (I'm assuming the two pictures are maybe a few seconds apart)...these pictures would have made me cry and cower in my room as a child. That gigantic, wolfish grin. Christ, I'm a little scared right now.
But yeah, goddamn, what a first 50 games for Youkilis. He is definitely the most deserving at the moment of the honor.

You know what this picture says to me? It's all about the mood in Boston...it's about how good they are all getting along, how they are all good teammates, how much fun they are all having, and how much different it looks than the clubhouse to the south...but I guess that's always been the case.
I love this team as it is right now. Win or lose, they're fun to watch, and they're fun to root for.

Just like the yankees Brad.
Fun to root for, fun to watch, and having a great time on the field!

That pictures says to me that Youk's dislodged his jaw and is about to consume his prey whole.

i'm a little worried about the upcomming interleague games. what happens with youk? gotta find a way to keep youk/papi/lowell in the lineup at the same time. maybe youk can play short or second.

14-2 last year, and awesome the year before... I'm not really worried about what Terry is going to do against the NL. He seems to make the right calls on the right days when it comes to playing the NL.
