In my neck of the woods, HRD stands for Hood River Distillery, which is where most bars get their well-grade hooch. If watching freakishly strong men pummel fat pitches in a farcical mockery of the sport while listening to Chris Berman isn't your flavor of vodka, there's nothing to see here. Otherwise, comment away.

Reigning MVP Justin Morneau manages an anemic 4 four dingers in his first turn. He complains. Kei Igawa is brought in to pitch.

See, I would watch that, but there's this documentary on the History Channel, and yeah...

The AL brings in Wily Mo, just to boost Kei's confidence...

my television cable is messed up so I'm only getting 2 minutes of coverage here and there. That Rios has a great swing. He reminds me of A-Rod a bit.

You can hear Jon Miller doing the stadium PA. We're stuck with Boomer, Morgan, and Baker. No fair.

Joe Morgan is just whack crazy.

Guerero vs. Rios.
Who's the nutty guy in the t-shirt with the cartoons who keeps hugging everyone?

Television remote controls' mute buttons should be relabelled to say "Berman" on them.

> "Berman" on them.

YF,
I think he's the Dominican barber who cuts the hair of a lot of the Dominican players in the league. I know Robi Cano loves the guy. I might be mistaken though.
Switching gears, I am defintely pulling for Vlady. He frequents a Cuban restaurant my wife and I go to in Huntington Beach. He signed a autograph for me there one night (thank God my wife speaks fluent Spanish). Seeing him up close... wow. He's HUGE.
