They also had Josh Beckett pitching for the Sox when they did the Boston D. Did you get that one too?

From the outcome, it looks like Carl WAS pitching tonight!

No... it looked exactly like Sir Sidney was pitching tonight.

there was some fuzzy video of such an occurrence, doug. but people question its validity. it was similar to that bigfoot footage. maybe it is, maybe it isn't, it probably isn't.

who's pavano?

Sadly he's just started his 30 day rehab clock. If he has no setbacks he'll be "back" at the end of August. Hopefully he falls and bruises his ass.

Carl Pavano is the Jonah of the NY Yankees for those of you who saw "Master and Commander". He needs to pick up a cannonball and just jump off the side of the Yankee ship into the black and roiling seas.

Looks like the "Rajah of Rehab" is taking the mound tonight, in relief of Phil Hughes.

I got even money says Carl pulls a calf muscle, jogging in from the bullpen. Any takers?

Oops, not tonight, but tomorrow night. In anticipation of King Carl's impending return to the Bronx, I got a bit excited. Sorry, I'm all calmed down now.
