Nick YF- The Boston Globe today reported that Ellsbury, in in his last 26 games, has 22 K's and 4 BBs in 119 plate appearances, a .234 on-base percentage, 1 SB and 3 CS, and only five RBIs in his last 35 games.
This is especially problematic because Pedroia has hit about .900 over the same time period; many rbi opportunities lost.
