Most gourmets I know abhor it, but I will admit my tastes are not always so hi falootin', especially when it comes to comestibles from the estimable street vendors of New York. Yoo-Hoo, the chocolate drink in a can, has been a favorite since I was a kid. Looks like the Yankees in the above photo from 1978 (by Susan Meiselas) could use a cold one themselves. It worked for Yogi, and it works for me. In fact, I just strawed one down myself. Yum.

And the award for most random thread ever goes to...(drumroll)...
YF!!!! For his "Yogi's Choice (Mine Too)"
Congratulations!!! You win a shit baseball team that will miss the playoffs and shame the greatest franchise in pro sports history by closing the greatest venue in pro sports history with a whimper...again congrats!!!

I thought it was Thurman (I got my ass kicked by Carlton Fisk) Munson at first glance.

I was always more of a Nestle Quik boy myself (you can mix up any size glass you want!)

I hope you're getting paid for this post, YF ;-)
The best thing about Nestle Quik was eating a spoonful of the chocolate mix by itself. Mmm.

I prefer the traditional chocolate egg cream.

I've been wasting way too much time on the net to find the names these guys. Jim Beattie (l) and Larry McCall (r)?
