The Reading Phillies (also in Pennsylvania) have The Crazy Hot Dog Vendor throwing hot dogs out into the stands minus the launcher. They use slingshots and good ol' elbow grease. Fortunately, they were smart enough to wrap them in foil.
This video is too funny. I would not want to be one of the human targets.
